#LaborDayWeekend Beauty Haul!

I'm so excited to share with you what all I had purchased over the Labor Day holiday weekend! There were sales left and right that my head was spinning! Too Faced and Sephora had amazing sales going on and so of course I jumped on it! I also purchased a few items at my local Walmart!

So I know this is a little bit past the holiday already but two of my purchases were online so I had to be patient (patience is a virtue my lovelies!) and now that all of my orders are in, I now get to show you the goods! =D

Revlon | Nearly Naked Foundation | #150 Nude

I've had my eyes on this particular foundation for a while now. I was debating between this and the Urban Decay Naked Foundation, and of course being the cheapo that I am, I purchased the Revlon foundation. I actually do have a sample of the Urban Decay Naked Foundation, stay tune for a full beauty review on this as well as my notes on comparison between the two!

Rimmel London | Wake Me Up Concealer | #335 Light/Medium

I'm looking forward to trying this concealer out! I'm hoping that it doesn't cake or flake up on me like how my other concealers do. I do like my Yaby concealer but I'm almost out of that and so I went ahead and purchased this to see how it does.

Rimmel London | Wake Me Up Instant Radiance Shimmer Touch | #003 Peach Glow

I've heard from a few sources that this highlighter in the shade #004 Shimmering Sand is comparable to Benefit's Watt Up highlighter! That's what I had hope to buy when I was at Walmart but it was out of stock and so I purchased the shade #003 Peach Glow to try out anyway.

Rimmel London | Lasting Finish Matte by Kate Moss | #109

I love the Rimmel lipsticks by Kate Moss! I have the Lasting Finish Matte lipstick in #103 which is a rosy pink shade. Shade #009 is more of an orange coral. YES girl, ANOTHER CORAL! lol! I'm seriously obsessed, it's beyond sickening at this point I think? Oh well though, I still love it! =)

That sums up my little drugstore haul =) Now let's get to the GOOD GOODS!

Too Faced | Shadow Bon Bons

This pretty baby sold out so fast! The first day of the sale (8/28/13), the website kept crashing on me because there was just SO MUCH traffic going onto that site. I spent a good hour refreshing my web browser to get this palette in my cart but luckily the checkout process went smoothly. I went back the next day to check my order on the TooFaced website and dropped by the Sales page real quick and this palette was GONE. I couldn't believe how fast that sold (well, okay I lied, I CAN believe how fast this palette was sold because you get a lot for the sale price!).

I purchased this palette for $22 (U.S.D. before tax and shipping). I have a few different palettes from Too Faced so I knew their quality wouldn't disappoint! Extra perks with this particular palette is that it came with a Too Faced Shadow Insurance in Candlelight and also the lashGasm mascara (never tried before, so I'm thrilled to have something new to test out, stay tune!).

Tarte | Eye Couture Day-To-Night Eye Palette

I've never tried any Tarte cosmetics before but have heard so SO much about them! I was super excited when I saw Tarte items on sale at the Sephora site. I did hear that Tarte was having their own sale on their site as well.

What's so appealing about the Tarte Cosmetics line to me is how they are all about being eco-chic as well as offering cruelty-free cosmetics with natural-infused ingredients.

This palette caught my eye because of the super cute packaging! I love this quilted material for the palette and the lock and key is just darling! These colors look so vibrant... To be honest I haven't tried to even touch the shadows because everything is SO PRETTY!

The deluxe sample size primer, double ended brush, and double ended pencil liner are added bonuses to this palette! The double end brush is awesome! It's very soft and at the same time it's very dense to help me put on these gorgeous shadows well. One more extra bonus... the shadows are all full size in this palette! (O_O)

Tarte | Shadow Palette NeutralEYES Volume I

Okay, so... yes I did grab another NEUTRAL palette but that's me! I'm a very neutral girl when it comes to makeup. From time to time I will play around with bright bold colors but I love neutrals for an every day look. Again, I haven't touched these just yet. I'm just sitting here staring at them, wanting to touch them, you know like how a kid isn't suppose to touch the cake that their mom just baked but they went ahead and took a swipe of the frosting anyway? Yeah... that's how I'm feeling right now lol!

This palette also came with a deluxe sample primer, double ended brush, and a brown aqua-gel eyeliner.

Seriously, with all the extras that came with these palettes, I think I snagged a super awesome deal!

I paid $26 (U.S.D. before tax) on each Tarte palette from Sephora.

Urban Decay | Revolution Lipstick | Streak and Venom

The camera on my phone sucks! =(
So I finally got my little greedy hands on these current uber popular lipsticks! All I can say is WOW! These lippies are so creamy, it glides on so smoothly, the color payoff is amazing! One application and that's all I need! Streak (left) is a pinky coral (YEP! still obsessed with coral!) and Venom (right) is is dark plum shade. My husband picked out Venom for me, hehe =)

The quality of these lipsticks amazes me so much, when I have another opportunity to go splurge, I may consider going back to purchase another one (or two lol).

Marc Jacobs | DOT Eau De Parfum Rollerball

I purchased this rollerball on impulse because the Sephora store by my house didn't have the one I had actually went in to purchase. Let me tell you, I absolutely LOVE this scent! From the Sephora site, here is how the scent is described:

"The exuberant top captivates with a delectable blend of red berries, succulent dragonfruit, and sweet honeysuckle. The lush floral heart of the fragrance blooms with the addictive beautiful jasmine, mingled with energizing notes of coconut water and orange blossom. The scent rounds out with a feminine dry down of creamy vanilla, driftwood, and sensual musks."

In my opinion, this perfume is great to wear for fall! I think it's the musk that makes it appropriate for the season. The ONLY downfall for me is that the perfume doesn't last long? I'd say about 4 hours max before I have to touch up again. But because I love it so much, I absolutely don't mind that (and paying full price) at all!

Along with all the goodies I purchased, I received some really nice samples! I can't wait to find some time to indulge into all of these things! All of these products are perfect to help me transition into the fall season!

This was seriously lengthy! I hope you enjoyed reading this post as much as I loved writing about it! Stay tune for upcoming full reviews on the items in this post =)

Did you do any #LaborDayWeekend holiday shopping? If so, what sales did you hit up? Did you purchase any of the items that I had gotten too? Let me know what you think!
