Intensify, Revive, and Set Your Makeup with Evian Facial Spray!*

Today, we are going to discuss with you how to incorporate the Evian Facial Spray into your makeup routine!

The tips below are from Evian of which I have tried and trued. I hope you enjoy!

To create intense color: Spray your brush with evian® Facial Spray before applying colorful or metallic eyeshadow to create intense, bold colors that don’t look chalky.

In my experience of makeup application, I took advice from one of my best friends to use a setting spray to intensify color when desired. However my setting spray is quite pensey so I try not to use it so much for anything else besides to set my entire cake face lol.

The evian® Facial Spray is a wonderful alternative to my setting spray to create intense color! It's also a fraction of the cost of my usual setting spray which is a great bonus!

For contouring and blending: Before blending bronzer with foundation, wet a BeautyBlender or other blending tool with evian® Spray to create an airbrushed, flawless look. You can also use evian® Facial Spray to blend foundation along the jawline and neck to eliminate unwanted foundation lines.

This is a great tip to keep in mind when blending out your contour! For quite some time, I struggled with blending out my contour. Sometimes I felt it was too 'muddy' looking or it just didn't blend seamlessly with my foundation.

One day while I was putting on my makeup, I discovered that a wet Beauty Blender is a great tool to blend out the harsh lines without "overdoing" it. If my Beauty Blender doesn't feel wet enough, a few sprays of the Evian Spray helps dampen it up and you can continue on with your makeup routine without having to get up to wet your Beauty Blender at the sink!

To set makeup: After applying foundation and/or powder, lightly mist skin with evian® Facial Spray in a circular motion to set foundation and/or powder for a more natural look.

I can't vouch for the setting performance of the Evian Facial Spray, however it's a great way to help you achieve a light dewy finish to your makeup. There are foundations out in the market that can help you achieve a dewy look but why spend money for when you can just work with the foundation you already have?

The Evian Facial Spray is a great alternative if you feel that your makeup is too matte or flat (does that make sense? lol).

To revive color throughout the day: Using evian® Facial Spray any time during the day can instantly revive color to help makeup look fresh and vibrant even hours after makeup was applied. For best results, lightly mist skin in a circular motion. Can be kept in the office, gym bag, or purse to freshen up makeup after work, before a party, or any time you need a quick touch up.

I personally love using this to refresh my face without makeup and didn't realize until I was given the tip to try using it to refresh/revive my makeup throughout the day!

For me, by 1:00 PM is when my makeup tends to lose its fresh vibrance just a bit and so the Evian Facial Spray helps bring the colors back to life. I think that this is a great way to touch up your makeup without the hassle of having to lug around your makeup pouch for touch ups!

Were you like me and didn't realize how efficient the Evian Facial Spray is for your makeup routine? I hope that these tips will be useful for you! 1. I love my Evian spray for post-workout! It helps with cooling my skin from all of the sweaty redness (LOL not attractive!); what palette are you using there? I get nervous about ruining my eyeshadows with this!

  2. That's a great tip!!! I totally hear you about the sweaty redness lol! But it shows that you put in a great workout session =) The palette in this post is the MUFE Artist Palette. Oh no, don't be nervous! As long as you prep and prime your eyelids, you should be good! Thanks so much for visiting! xx
