Review: Hask | Argan Oil Shampoo & Conditioner*

Powered by BrandBacker*
Today I want to share with you my thoughts on this wonderful Argan Oil Shampoo and Conditioner set as well as give a quick conclusion on their Argan Repairing Shine Oil and Deep Conditioning Hair Treatment from Hask Beauty.

I've put aside my daily S&C and have been using the Hask Argan Oil S&C for the past two weeks.

"You don’t need a genie for healthy, beautiful locks when you have Hask® Argan Oil products! Also known as “liquid gold,” Argan Oil is a precious, time-honored beauty secret in its native Morocco. Loaded with vitamins and antioxidants, Argan Oil from Morocco repairs, strengthens and moisturizes hair, all while taming frizz and adding shine."

So there you see, the claims for what the Hask Argan Oil line is about! A big bonus that I love very much about Hask Beauty is that their products are free of sulfates and parabens! These past few months, the cold weather has been quite severe for several different weeks down here in the South and it has taken its toll to my hair with dryness. What I have noticed is how much softer and hydrated my hair has been and also the beautiful shine from the Argan oil!

One thing I do want to take note is that I don't think the S&C met its performance as far as frizz is concerned. However, I don't mind the little frizz at the top of my head because in the mornings, if I know I'm going somewhere, I'll use the Hask Healing Shine Hair Treatment (a tiny dot!) and quickly smooth it over the frizz.

I am enjoying the Hask Argan S&C very much!!! I appreciate the hydration this has put back into my hair. The scent isn't like other Argan oil S&C's that I've used in the past. To me, the scent reminds me of a citrus fruit but it's not strong, it's very subtle. It lingers in my hair all day long, the husband loves the smell too! =)

One night, I was lucky enough to have some quiet time to myself. Husband was out having a guy's night, the tot was tucked in to bed, what's a girl to do all by her lonesome? Mini spa treatment! =D

So I brought out a facial mask, my plastic hair cover, and this packet of luxury a.k.a. Hask Argan Oil Intense Deep Conditioning Hair Treatment.

Slapped on my mask, slathered this treatment into my hair, put my hair up and covered, sat back with a glass of wine and watched some television. After washing and rinsing everything off, I blew dry my hair and then I had that "Oooh la la" moment like how you would see Eva Mendez flip her hair back in her hair commercial LOL.

This hair treatment is AMAZING - I absolutely love how luxurious it made my hair feel! My hair was already soft and shiny with the S&C but this treatment took it to the next level! My hair is super long, and so I used the entire packet in one sitting - I plan to repurchase because I really do love it that much! You can do this treatment weekly, bi-weekly, monthly, however as much as you please. Personally for me, I feel deep conditioning treatments can be quite heavy thus weighing your hair down if you do it too much, and so I would only do a deep conditioning treatment monthly.

The Healing Shine Treatment Oil is really good! I like to take a small dot, rub in between my hands and then quickly run my hands through my hair to help smoothe the frizz and give it some nice shine before I walk out of the house. A little bit goes a long way my dears!

Overall, I am very pleased with the Hask Argan Oil line! I am so happy to have gotten a chance to try it out because now I'm hooked! I don't think that these are available in stores yet, so definitely check out their website to purchase or see where you can by from! I've browsed online and the prices are very affordable for 12 oz. of product!

I hope you enjoyed my review! If you are looking for affordable Argan oil hair care, definitely check out Hask Beauty!

Tomorrow, I'll be switching over to using the Hask Keratin Protein S&C set and will have my thoughts on that set in a few weeks, so stay tune!

Have you tried anything from Hask Beauty?
