Review: Emjoi | Micro Pedi Nano*

I hope you all have been doing well and had a great weekend! Today, I want to share with you my thoughts on this nifty gadget by Emjoi I received to try out.
Since we are now in the spring season and summer is around the corner, I figured why not participate and give this beauty tool a try out! I don't know about you but once spring kicks in down here in Texas, I'm all about my open toed shoes, sandals, and flip flops! I seriously live in my flip flops the most though lol.

We all know how sandals and flip flops can rough up our feet! Now that I'm older, I am not so big on going to the nail salon to get my nails and feet taken care of by other people, rather I like to do that on my own and plus the big money being spent at the nail salon can be used towards other things I rather buy for my husband, son, my house, or for myself (MAKEUP! Haha!). Enough of my rambles, let's get into the goods!

From a given press release note, here's what the Emjoi Micro Pedi Nano is about:

"If you're looking for evidence that small doesn't matter when it comes to getting a job well done, look no further than the extraordinary effective take-absolutely-anywhere new Emjoi Micro Pedi Nano home pedicure device. The original battery-driven Micro-Pedi was introduced about three years ago, literally selling millions on QVC worldwide, online, and at retail stores, it has transformed the home pedicure landscape forever with its ease of use, miraculous spa-quality performance, interchangeable rollers and ability to accommodate a wide range of specialized attachments."

To sum it up on what the Emjoi Micro Pedi Nano is, it is a battery operated buffer for your feet. I find this tool to be very comfortable in size for me to hold with its rubberized grip while I use it. "The Micro Pedi Nano features a unique micro mineral roller that spins 30 times a second to painlessly and effortlessly remove dry, rough, hardened, callused skin from the soles of the feet in no more than a few seconds, leaving them soft, supple and beautiful." How amazing is that for the roller to spin 30 times a second?!

In my experience of using this (I used this twice in the past 3 weeks), I only needed to use this for less than a minute on each foot. I appreciate the soft and smoothness the Micro Pedi Nano provided to my feet. I honestly think it feels just as great as when you're getting your feet pampered at the salon.

The Emjoi Micro Pedi Nano gets rid of the roughness I have primarily in my heels. I really find this gadget more effective than a manual buffer, which takes much longer for me to smooth out my heels and even then my heels still aren't as smooth as to how the Micro Pedi Nano achieved!

My trust in this pedicure tool is backed up by the American Podiatric Medical Association and they are available online at the Emjoi website as well as an extensive range of retailers and drugstores. It retails for $24.95 (U.S.D. before tax) and you can also purchase roller refills that range in a variety of course textured rollers on their site.

What are your thoughts on this tool? Do you have something similar to this already? Do you prefer going to the salon or do it yourself?
